These are the top three states for housing unit foreclosure filings: Delaware (one out of every 2,214 housing units), Nevada (one out of every 2,245 housing units), and Utah (one out of every 2,289 housing units. Nationally the foreclosure rate is one out of every 4,414 housing units.
