The new report from ATTOM states the Nevada is leading the Country with the highest foreclosure rates. Nationwide there is one in every 4,578 housing units had a foreclosure filing in October 2024. Nevada is at one in every 2,741 housing units with a foreclosure filing in October 2024, which is number one in the Country.
