This is a good article from the Commercial Observer. I have been thinking this for some time now. The “medicine” the Federal Reserve is administering to the market worked at first and now it isn’t. We were told the FOMC rate would fall in Q1 2024 and it didn’t. I would not be surprised if we see the FOMC rate actually rise. I know the Federal Reserve is wanting a soft landing so only time will tell.
