Home Values Falling in Most of the U.S.

This is a good article in MReport. It is from another Zillow article, the October 2023 Housing Market Report.  Home values fell in October in 40 of the top 50 markets, with the largest declines in Austin (-1.5%), Minneapolis (-1%), and New Orleans (-1%). I feel it is important to track this well as buyers adjust to the higher interest rates.
