January 2025 Greater Northern Nevada MLS data for Washoe County where Reno is located, saw a decrease of 6% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 11.1%. There is a currently 2.4 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased by 11.4% in January and inventory decreased by 2.5%. There is currently a 4.2 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
