Jerome Powell, Chair of the Federal Reserve spoke at The Economic Club of Washington D.C. talk on 2/7/2023. He stated we haven’t seen a decline in house and rent prices, but we should in the second half of 2023. This needs to happen per Powell.  Watch on this video at about 25 minutes, but the entire thing is really interesting.
