Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw a decrease of .3% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 6.1%. There is a currently 2.4 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased by 25.3% in October plus inventory increased by 2.5%. There is currently a 4.5 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
