Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 2.9% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 6.7%. There is a currently 2.4 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased by 9.8% in October and inventory decreased by 12.1%. There is currently a 4.1 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
