Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 0.8% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 16%. There is a currently 2.8 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased by 9.6% in November and inventory decreased by 15.3%. There is currently a 3.6 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
