Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 0.8% in the median sales price of single-family homes in May 2025. Active inventory increased by 29.8%. There is a currently 2.4 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased 2.1% in May 2025 and inventory increased by 5.3%. There is currently a 3.4 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
