
Washoe County, NV (Reno). March 2026 NOD’s (19 to 23 month over month) and March 2026 NOS’s (30 to 15 month over month).
Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 1.7% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory increased by 05%. There is a currently 1.6 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased by 9.1% in March, and inventory increased by 4.8%. There is currently a 2.8 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
In 2025 we have opened a Northern Nevada office to handle properties in the Northern portion of Nevada to complement the long term Las Vegas office that serves the Southern portion of Nevada.
