Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 1.4% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory increased by 4.6%. There is a currently 2.0 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased 9.1% in March 2025 and inventory decreased by 1.6%. There is currently a 3.8 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
