Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 3.5% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory increased by 9.3%. There is a currently 2.6 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased 14.1% in June and inventory increased by 2.0%. There is currently a 5.0 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
