Washoe County, NV (Reno). June 2025 NOD’s (19 to 17 month over month) and June 2025 NOS’s (6 to 21 month over month)
Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 3.5% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory increased by 9.3%. There is a currently 2.6 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased 14.1% in June and inventory increased by 2.0%. There is currently a 5.0 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
