Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw a decrease of 4.3% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory increased by 1.2%. There is a currently 2.9 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased by 7.3% in July and inventory decreased by 15.8%. The median sales price has decreased 13.7% from July 2024. There is currently a 4.2 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
