Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw a decrease of 0.4% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 5.5%. There is a currently 2.2 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased 16.7% in January and inventory decreased by 4.1%. There is currently a 4.1 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
