Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw a decrease of 2.0% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 20.5%. There is a currently 1.8 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased by 13.3% in December and inventory decreased by 16.6%. There is currently a 2.9 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory in Washoe County.
In 2025 we have opened a Northern Nevada office to handle properties in the northern portion of Nevada along with the Las Vegas office that serves the Southern portion of Nevada.
