Washoe County, where Reno is located for August 2025, saw a decrease of 3.6% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 5.3%. There is a currently 3.2 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased by 2.5% in August and inventory decreased by 8.6%. There is currently a 5.4 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
