Washoe County, NV (Reno). January 2026 NOD’s (36 to 23 month over month) and January 2026 NOS’s (23 to 14 month over month).
Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw a decrease of 5.3% in the median sales price of single-family homes in January 2026. Active inventory decreased by 11.0%. There is a currently 2.4 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased by 8.5% in January 2026 and inventory increased by 0.8%. There is currently a 4.5 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
In 2025 we have opened a Northern Nevada office to handle properties in the Northern portion of Nevada to complement the long term Las Vegas office that serves the Southern portion of Nevada.
