December 2024 Greater Northern Nevada MLS data for Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw an increase of 3.6% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory decreased by 20.6%. There is a currently 2.2 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes increased by 23.8% in December and inventory decreased by 16.5%. There is currently a 3.5 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
