Washoe County, where Reno is located, saw a increase of 2.4% in the median sales price of single-family homes. Active inventory increased by 7.5%. There is a currently 2.3 month’s supply of single-family home inventory in Washoe County. The median sales price of condo/townhomes decreased 3.4% in April and inventory decreased by 19.2%. There is currently a 3.2 month’s supply of condo/townhomes inventory.
